This Veterans' Field of Honor was founded in 1947. Families and friends as well as students and visitors from educational, historical, preservation, cultural and other groupseveryone is welcome to visit this revered place dedicated to our loved ones.
You may walk among graves of men who carried muskets and powder horns during the 1700s... Men whose bravery enabled the 1800s Civil War era’s Union victory and the Underground Railroad which ran through Olean...
Here also are the quiet grave markers of men and women who prevailed over the 1900s World Wars I and II, Korea and Vietnam... and with time, the early 2000s Middle East Gulf, Afghanistan and Iraq Wars.
With the deepest respect for their many sacrifices and a fervent hope for a peaceful future, we gratefully support this honored ground forever.
